This is what you can expect from us:

  • You’ll receive a salary that’s above average for the region.
  • You’ll have 30 days of vacation and an electronically tracked overtime account.
  • Outside of our core working hours (Mon – Thu 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Fri only until 1:00 p.m.), you can organize your workday flexibly.
  • You’ll work on diverse and varied tasks as part of a dedicated team.
  • We support you with short decision-making processes and the freedom to organize your daily work independently.

These are your tasks:

  • You assemble parts and SMD components based on technical drawings and bill of materials.
  • You manufacture our assemblies and devices through to final assembly.
  • Calibrating the manufactured products is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You ensure compliance with quality assurance measures.
  • Together with your team, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary materials.
  • You perform mechanical finishing on metal components.
  • You assemble cables according to customer specifications.

This is what defines you:

  • You have completed vocational training with a focus on electronics.
  • Alternatively, you have already gained professional experience assembling small components and work carefully and precisely.
  • You have prior experience with soldering.
  • Ideally, you have a good understanding of electrical circuits and how they work.
  • You have good manual dexterity and eyesight, and you work with precision.
  • In addition to basic computer skills, you also have a basic knowledge of English.
