Training contents
- setting up, programming, optimzing and maintaining electronic devices and systems
- manufacturing, examining and maintaining components and systems (e.g. for information and communication technology, testing technology or automation technology)
- measuring and analyzing electronic functions and systems
- installing and configuring information systems
Requirements
- good performance in mathematics, physics, engineering and computer science
- logical and abstract thinking
- interest in working with technology and IT systems
- good electrotechnical imagination
- careful working methods
- practical skills
- (possibly) some (electro-) technical knowledge
Training contents (continued)
- opportunity for an internship at the Rossendorf Beamline in Grenoble/France (in case of top performance)
Duration
- 3.5 years (in case of top performance, a reduction to 3 years is possible)
- block training based on the dual vocational training system
- the vocational school is the Berufliches Schulzentrum Weißwasser
- the practical partner is the IHK-Bildungszentrum Dresden
